Hire is based on an hourly rate from the time the vehicle leaves the depot to completion of your special event.
A deposit of $100.00 per vehicle is required upon booking, the balance is payable within 14 days prior to the event's date. Payment can be made by direct credit into our business account. Any cancellation and you will forfeit your initial deposit.
We pride ourselves that our vehicles are maintained in excellent order, although our Hot Rods cars are over 80 years old and unforseen break downs could occur. If this is the case, an alternative vehicle will be sourced to complete your special event.
No drinking, smoking or eating is allowed in the vehicles at any time. Any damage or misuse of the vehicles whilst on hire will incur a charge for this damage.
Seat belts are fitted in all our vehicles and by law must be worn whilst travelling in our vehicles.
Our insurance policy covers all authorised persons travelling in the vehicle enrolee to the event, but passengers assume personal liability when entering and exiting the vehicles.
